Since NamasteyHomes is only the facilitator to connect customers with service providers, NamasteyHomes does not guarantee the availability or quality of any services as it is listed by a service provider and the control lies with the service provider for listing and managing those services on NamasteyHomes Platform. All the details related to the hotel such as hotel category, images, type of rooms, amenities, and facilities provided by the hotel are based upon the information given by the hotel to NamasteyHomes.
Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the hotel or any discrepancy or mishap/misbehavior between the user and the hotel staff shall be raised by the User with the hotel directly and shall be resolved between the User and the hotel. User Policies
While making reservations with NamasteyHomes, guests need to choose proper First & Last Name. The hotels have the right to cancel the booking in case the name on the booking confirmation voucher does not match with the address proof presented by the guest at the hotel during check-in; any refund from NamasteyHomes will not be made irrespective of partial or prepaid payment in such cases. Safety Standards – A Safe & Hygienic Stay Experience Across all Properties:
Clean And Hygienic Room
– Every room is deep cleaned and sanitized prior to each check-in and post each check-out as per guidelines of WHO.
All the furniture such as tables, sofas, beds, and furnishings including curtains, pillows, and linens are cleaned and sanitized.
– All the amenities and commodities in the rooms, cupboards, and bathroom are sanitized prior to guest check-in. Fresh, sanitized toiletries are kept for every guest.
– Face masks and gloves are available to guests on request. Terms & conditions
Trained Staff
– Hotel employees are being provided with strict Staff training .
– The staff at the hotel are following all the norms of Social Distancing as per the guidelines.
All staff at the hotel are provided with training on maintaining hand hygiene & Social distancing.
Temperature check is done for all the staff in the hotel premises every day.
Front-desk, Housekeeping, and all the service staff to wear proper facemask and hand gloves all the time. Terms & conditions
Guest Rules
– Social distancing must be strictly adhered to – a minimum distance of 6 feet to be maintained and hygiene norms to be followed across the property.
– All guests to wear face masks in public areas.
– Guests should adhere to the Government recommended practices while coughing or sneezing. Spitting on the premises is strictly banned and found liable for the legal stipulation.
– Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing, and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be assisted to visit the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.
– Door of public area shall be left open to avoid touch.
Guests are requested not to touch or close the public area doors.
Some of the facilities available in the hotel like Gym, Swimming pool, etc. shall be out of bounds temporarily. Do not enter into the restricted areas
Guests are requested to sanitize their mobile phones, credit cards, etc. by using the sanitizer or wipes available in various places in the property. Terms & conditions
Coupon Policies
11th Free of Stay (Free of Charge for 11 Hours) Terms & conditions
– The 11th free of stay amount would be the average of the last 10 base prices incurred by the customer.
– The customer will bear the difference if the 11th free of charge base price is more than the average of the last 10 paid base prices.
– Customer will lose the cost difference if 11th stay base price is lesser than average of last 10 paid base prices.
– The total sum of all discounts availed by customer from 1st to 10th booking will be deducted in free 11th Stay Calculation .
– The 11th stay or any free stay will not be counted for receiving next free stay.
– NamasteyHomes can redeem for maximum 1 stay on a single occasion absolutely free.
– Payment of the complete convenience fee along with applicable taxes by customer will be borne by him
– A user of NamasteyHomes is requested to have only one account, where he intends to claim free stay. NamasteyHomes shall withdraw any action in case he finds a duplicate account
– NamasteyHomes may make some changes in offer.
