NamasteyHomes For cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to check-in time, NamasteyHomes offers a full refund with the deducted transaction fees charged by our Payment Gateway Partner. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date or check-in time, no refund will be provided. In case of a no-show or dissatisfaction with the service after checking in, no refunds will be provided. Amendments to bookings cannot be refunded if changed to future dates that originally were not refundable under the 24-hour cancellation policy.

For Lemon Tree Hotels: a guest will not be refunded any amount in case of cancellation anytime prior to arrival or no-show.
Extended Stay Bookings:
NamasteyHomes For Extended Stay provides a full refund minus the transaction fees at our Payment Gateway Partner for cancellations up to 72 hours prior to checkin time. In case a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours from the date of the booking or less than 72 hours from the check-in time, no refunds are provided.
In case of no shows or dislike of the service once checked-in in the premises, no refunds shall be provided. A booking cannot be refunded if the booking is changed to later dates, which were originally non-refundable under the 24-hour or 72-hour cancellation policy. cancellation policy
Even though the hotel confirms your booking, a confirmed reservation by NamasteyHomes doesn’t exist until NamasteyHomes double-checks with the hotel. Room availability still applies to confirmed bookings.Refunds will be credited back to the same account that was utilized for the original payment, and it should be processed in 7-10 working days; however, it might take 3-14 working days more to reflect in your account based on the processing time of your bank. cancellation policy
